PEP® of IBT for Buko
Senior managers and R & B trio launched PEP®.® PEP is a dynamic course in which each participant personally taught and coached at the administrative work in terms of "quality" and "quantity" (within the shortest possible time) content.
The basic principle of the PEP® is:

PEP® teaches participants to respond immediately to issues that they first see it. By carefully and diligently to respond immediately, you save yourself time and eliminates delay. The PEP® formula was developed on the shop floor of a Swedish bank. This observation formed the basis for PEP® for people to learn more targeted and efficient work.
